A lovely clean and ruffled bicolor iris. Standards are icy white with light lemon highlights especially shot up the midrib. Falls are a plush burgundy with nice wide and precise lavender bands and a darker wire rim. Nice orange beards contrast nicely with the plush burgundy falls. A favorite and used a lot in hybridizing.

Pronounced sweet fragrance. Pink, pink and nothing but pink including the beards. The pink pigment is overlaid on a warm white ground that prevents contamination from any other color. The pink beards approaching red will make anyone stop and turn with admiring glances. It is a garden favorite that catches most everyone’s eyes. Eight to nine more simply formed flowers are presented on three perfectly spaced branches. Robust blue-green foliage is a big plus for pink TBs that can have less than stellar foliage.

Sweet fragrance. Icy blue standards are heavily flushed cameo pink. Falls are very light lavender white with medium salmon hafts that transition to a light wash and a deep pink edge. The name Wedding Planner was inspired by our friend Nancy Solano who sells cut iris stems for weddings. The petals are so ruffled that the backs of the falls show their yellow color, giving the effect of a yellow band. Exquisitely formed and ruffled flowers make for a dreamy combination. A very beautiful flower for the late season.
