Slight sweet fragrance Interestingly, this cross had about 1/3 broken colored seedlings. I don’t know where it comes from. Ecru standards have light old gold centers turning to lines and then heavier stitched borders. Random rosy wine splashes further decorate them. Crests of dark gold styles are striped red-brown. White falls are heavily washed and mottled dark brown. Random streaks and flecks of white make it a bit whimsical. Multi-layered dark brown and old gold beards terminate in small black aril signals. Light fragrance. Creamy white standards have light orange centers with light lavender veins, becoming orange as they extend outwards to the petal’s edge. Falls are a medium orange with salmon tones blended in the center. We continue to work on the orange amoena type to improve the stems. Sweet fragrance. Icy blue standards are heavily flushed cameo pink. Falls are very light lavender white with medium salmon hafts that transition to a light wash and a deep pink edge. The name Wedding Planner was inspired by our friend Nancy Solano who sells cut iris stems for weddings. Standards have a cream base that is heavily overlaid with violet dotting in the center, extending out to form a lavender pink band. Falls are white with a slight lemon wash and a very precise deep violet stitched and dotted band. Magic Stitch is an absolutely incredible grower that covers itself in show stems. Flowers are very well-formed and held on strong stems. A super garden performer!!

Very light lemon to cream standards have darker lemon centers. Falls are a deep red violet with a small yellow area around the beard. There is a bit of bluish violet blending below the beard, and a wide heavily ruffled and blended yellow band. Never Ending Story has gorgeous classical form with heavy ruffles on nice stems. A really lovely iris!
