DAFFY DUCK (P. Black ‘16)
TB Midseason-Late 45” (114cm)
You gotta “wove that kwazy wittle duck”! ‘Daffy Duck’ is impossibly cute and you can bet he’ll put a smile on your face. Purple black standards sit atop velvety black falls. A nest of short white veins accents the vibrant orange red beards. Super vigorous plants produce massive clumps packed with stalks and bloom. This is a favorite among garden visitors. Use to breed BBs, IBs and even tet MTBs. Superb variety in every way. Thank you Don and Ginny Spoon for suggesting the name.

DANCE TILL DAWN (T.Johnson '11)
TB Midseason 36" (91cm)
When you’ve got this much starch and substance, it’s easy to Dance Till Dawn. Bright golden yellow flowers have tightly crimped and ruffled edges. Fall centers become lighter, ending in small white patches beneath tangerine to yellow beards. It has strong growth and show branched stalks as one would expect from its parent Dream Team. Foliage is clean and healthy. Should be a very interesting parent with genes from pink and blue breeding plus the much heralded Decadence.

DARKTONIAN (B. Blyth ’19)
TB M-ML 38” (97cm)
Anyone interested in hybridizing for a black plicata, this could be a great stepping stone. It should also give a wide range of plicatas in all shades, despite not being a plicata itself. The standards are dark violet and very ruffled. Falls are mid to dark violet with a black plush overlay. Beards are muted bronze-gold and the outer ¼” is lavender. Wide form, super show branching and so, so fertile. Great grower.

DESTINY’S KISS (B. Blyth ’21)
TB Mid 37” (94cm)
The nearest approach to a pink amoena so far. The standards are not pure white as they have a faint flush of pink in the midribs, so strictly speaking, it is not a true amoena. Falls are lovely soft smooth pink with lighter near white ¼” edge. Beards soft tangerine on white. Lovely ruffled blooms on well branched show stems. Makes small plants and good increaser. Delicious! Fertile.
