Light lemon-yellow infused pink standards, flushed heavier in the centers. Lavender and rose blended falls with deeper texture veins and lemon buff edge. Large gorgeous ruffled form. Not a color for everyone but one that I love and look forward to seeing each year. Definitely unique!

Coming out of my lined pattern breeding, THUNDERING APPLAUSE pushes the pattern a step further. We are finally getting wide ruffled and even slightly laced form. Creamy white standards are infused peach pink. Falls have a light lemon base that is overlaid with violet lines radiating from the heart of the flower and becoming more of a wash near the edge. Then the whole pattern is framed by a nice lemon-yellow band. Tangerine beards help to compliment the pattern. Super strong growth on floriferous clumps.

Sweet fragrance. Standards have pink centers with light creamy yellow edges. Falls are cream with deep pink hafts and variable fall wash and then banded in honey pink. Very ruffled flowers are carried on tall strong stems. An early variety that continues blooming well into the midseason. Beautiful.

Slight sweet fragrance. Cream standards with solid peach pink centers that radiate into peach veining towards the edges. Falls are flamingo pink with light yellow blending and tangerine beards. Very vigorous growth and an abundance of well budded stalks make for a long flowering period. Colorful and bright!!

Sweet fragrance. Canary yellow standards. Falls are canary yellow at the hafts becoming a light yellow wash below the beard. The light yellow then blends into a wide rose pink band. A very pretty and unique color combination. Nice full and ruffled form, show branching and good bud count. Very stately looking.

Slight spicy fragrance If ruffles are your delight, then you’ll be on max overload with this exuberantly ruffled beauty. Light rosy peach standards blend to wide buttery yellow bands. Velvety dark red-grape falls have darker veins and lines overall and are encased in precise, closely packed light rose-pink bands. Tan-gold beards echo the standards color. With so many ruffles, these larger flowers open easily and completely. There are two branches and only 5 buds. Buds open one at a time so each can be fully appreciated and not shorten the bloom time. Pronounced sweet fragrance This beauty is another project that has taken more than a few generations to get achieve, and it still isn’t finished. The goal is a clear pink amoena and blue/pink bicolor. Both are possible given enough generations. Cool white standards have light green veins up midribs. Light peach falls blend to buttery yellow. Light fragrance. Creamy standards have pink centers and a gilt lemon edge. Falls are yellow with red violet lines extending from the beard to near the petal edge.
