Slight fragrance I literally took a step back when this bloomed for the first time. What makes ‘Intensifier’ so dramatic is the clarity and separation of the color. Slight fragrance This gorgeous pink iris was named ‘It’s A Wrap’ because we always know that when it starts to bloom we are heading towards the end of the bloom season. Marked for introduction from its maiden bloom, we have been patiently building stock and are excited to finally offer it. Best described as a gorgeous pink self with a slightly lighter area below the beard. The beards are a wonderful shade of shrimp pink. All this and perfectly formed flowers that are wide, ruffled and lightly laced. Good stems and high bud count make this a long bloomer and a good candidate for best specimen at the late shows. I had a dream many years ago to take that wonderful burnt orange color on the iris Shockaholic and put it on a plant that had wider branching and stem; thus the name ‘Mission Accomplished’. I am very happy with this one. The standards are a light blue lavender with a deep orange spot in the center. Falls are a rich burnt orange with a lighter edge. Beards are a rich tangerine to red.
