Apricot to salmon pink standards with a rosy lavender flush up the midrib. Falls are a rich magenta rose that is very clean with a nice ruffled edge and red orange beards. Wrap Her Up is a very clean bicolor and we think much prettier than the photo depicts. With very pretty show stems, Wrap Her Up makes a very elegant show near the end of the season.

Warm peach pink standards have pink centers. Falls are pink with a violet wash and wide pink band. Delicioso is an early season delight. A real bright spot with nice stems and buds, it is a favorite that we look forward to seeing each year.

WRAPPED IN LIGHT (T. Johnson ’25)

Pink with a wide golden yellow border on the standards, falls and even style arms. There is also a slight lemon blush at the hafts. A really beautiful color combination that is so pleasing to the eye. Stunning!

IGUAZU FALLS (Thomas Johnson ’26)

Named for the truly breathtaking waterfalls that sit on the border of Argentina with Brazil and Paraguay. Medium royal purple standards are wrapped in a wide near white band. Falls are medium royal purple, with a very large light pink to white luminata patch and wide lavender band. Beards are near white, as are the style crests that add to the ‘light’ in the center of the flower. Beautiful form on this nicely ruffled and budded ‘lumi’. Sdlg. TN21ZZ: Ballroom Gown sibling

IT’S A WRAP (Thomas Johnson ’26)

This gorgeous pink iris was named It’s A Wrap because we always know that when it starts to bloom we are heading towards the end of the bloom season. Marked for introduction from its maiden bloom, we have been patiently building stock and are excited to finally offer it. This gorgeous pink self is slightly lighter below the beards, which are a wonderful shade of shrimp pink. This glorious color is displayed on perfectly formed flowers that are wide, ruffled, and lightly laced. Good stems and high bud count make this a long bloomer and a good candidate for best specimen at the late shows. Sdlg. TL51ZZ: Strawberry Shake X Slice Of Heaven
