‘Ready For My Closeup’ has been a favorite since it first bloomed. Heavily ruffled and laced flowers are near perfection of form. Red color over parts of the flower is enough to keep one working to spread that color over the entire flower. Rose claret standards blend to rose mauve margins. Mid fuchsia fall centers blend to wide ruby red bands and hafts. Heavily saturated dark burnt orange beards amplify the red appearance. Growth is strong and vigorous. Show stalks are the norm.
