I have wanted to name an iris for my mom for a number of years, but her favorite color is green, and it is hard to get a good green iris. I am very excited about this one. Icy blue white standards have lemon bases and a gold halo. Falls are white with a blue band and lemon hafts. Beards are more yellow than orange, giving the flower brightness and light. Best of all are the plant habits. Vigorous plants cover themselves with an abundance of tall, well-branched stems, creating an amazing floral display. OH MY GOSH (Thomas Johnson ’26)

Eggshell white standards have a slight violet blue wisp in the center. Falls are deep bluish violet, with a large white central flash around the enormous orange beards! The beards are so big on this iris that it certainly screams “look at me”. Good plants and stems make Oh My Gosh a very worthy introduction. Sdlg. Perhaps I think about food too much, but I certainly think of dessert when I see this iris! It is the most yummy combination of colors, accentuated by heavy ruffles and lace. Truly a stunning iris! Flesh pink standards are a deeper shade in the center. Falls are white, with a very wide, ruffled, and laced medium orchid band. A touch of pink at the hafts on either side of the soft coral and white beard add perfectly to the elegance. A perennial favorite every year since its maiden bloom. Sdlg. TO187L: Anti Hero sibling

Bright, bright, and more bright are the best words to describe Shopping Spree. Standards are creamy white, with medium orange centers that transition to yellow orange veins. I can tell you upfront this one is a favorite and is Simply Divine. Standards are pink with peach edges. Falls are white, with texture veining, and then a very precise orange band. Creamy white standards have deep lemon-yellow centers. Falls are an extremely plush deep burgundy black, with a lavender purple band and yellow on the back of the falls, which shows especially where the petal ruffles. Medium pink standards rise above very light creamy white falls with a slight pink flush and deeper pink hafts. A wide and pronounced violet blue band frames the fall and brings the whole iris to life. Really good, tall, multi-budded show stems make one stop in their tracks. Solid pink standards have a gold edge. Falls are complex for sure. The ground color is a medium lavender with a creamy white area below the beard. The ground is then overlaid with a deep violet wash that clears and becomes a soft lavender pink band with a violet wire rim. Really a unique and stunning color confection. Standards are creamy white with a deep lemon center. Falls are white with a deep russet and yellow blended spot. The depth of the spot is variable from flower to flower.
