You can feel the sophisticated, jazzy swing beat of the “big band era” in this bold creation. Expansive, highly ruffled flowers maintain classic iris form. No sloppy, falling open standards here. Dutch chocolate standards blend upward to caramel tan tops. Caramel tan styles are edged brown. Plum brown hafts blend to mid red grape fall centers and are widely banded tan gold. Jazzy orange beards sit in a nest of short white veins. Two and sometimes three branches carry 7-8 buds. Exciting parent for interesting and unique dark top and haft patterned seedlings.
