PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

CATALOGS:

Catalogs are issued yearly and are $6.00 mailed to U.S. addresses and $10.00 mailed to non-US addresses.

This catalog cancels all previous catalog listings and prices. Do not order from catalogs dated prior to 2008. Minimum order $25.00 plus packing and handling. Full payment with order by check, money order or credit card. Credit card purchases will be charged when we receive your order.  $5.00 processing fee charged on cancellation of credit card orders.
 

SUBSTITUTIONS & REFUNDS

Supplies of plants are limited to available stock. We will not substitute without your permission. A list of acceptable substitutes is suggested, particularly if ordering later in the season. Some of the newer varieties are in short supply, so PLEASE ORDER EARLY. You will be notified immediately on out of stock varieties unless you have provided a list of substitutes.

SHIPPING

Because of steep increases in Priority Mail rates, we will ship by UPS GROUND unless you request shipping by Priority Mail or UPS 3 Day Select and additional charges are paid. Priority or UPS 3 Day Select add $1.25 per plant to charges below.  ie. per plant charge for Priority or UPS 3 Day Select service in Zone 1 is $1.75.

ALL orders must include $8.50 packing charge plus per plant shipping charge.  Packing charge covers the cost of the box, packing material, and our time to pack and ship the plants.
 

EXAMPLE:

10 Rhizomes in Zone 2 = $8.50 Packing + $6.00 Shipping Charge = Total $14.50

All plants are freshly dug, labeled true to name, and healthy when shipped. If there are any problems, please notify us within 10 days of receipt of shipment and we will replace any plant that you are not happy with. We can't be responsible for your climate or growing conditions.

Our catalog is issued yearly. We love having you on our mailing list. Because of the expense of producing and mailing a catalog, we need to know that you want to be there. If we haven't heard from you in two years, we will regretfully remove your name from our list. After that, we ask that your catalog request be accompanied with $6.00.
